Science & space, explained simply

Curious about the universe? Me too.

I'm Harman. I make short, clear videos about the mysteries of space, the hidden science in everyday life and how our minds work, with clean animation and the real research behind every story.

Conversations with real scientists

Coming soon

How do we find planets around other stars?

With Dr. Jaymie Matthews, UBC astronomer & MOST mission scientist

An in-depth conversation with the astronomer behind MOST, Canada's first space telescope (nicknamed the "Humble Space Telescope"), about how we hunt for distant worlds, what starlight can tell us, and what it takes to put a telescope in orbit.

About

Hi, I'm Harman

I'm a science fan from Canada who loves turning big, strange ideas into short stories anyone can enjoy, with clean animation, a little humour and the real science underneath.

"Prof" is a friendly nickname, not a job title. I'm not a professor, just someone who reads the research papers, checks the facts and talks to real scientists so you don't have to.

Every week there's something new: Shorts for quick "wait, what?" moments, and longer documentaries when a story deserves more time.

SpaceMissions, strange stars and the mysteries of the solar system.
Everyday scienceThe hidden physics in your laundry, kitchen and body.
Mind & lifeHow brains work, odd animals and the story of life.
Forgotten historyComet pills, wild experiments and science's strangest moments.
